What about warranty for Elephone?

Elephone made agreement with authorized agents, 1 year warranty is

provided. Customer who needs repairs could contact your seller. They’re

going to send the phones back to us and get it fixed.

Will there be overseas after-sale service centers?

Yes. We are setting up overseas after-sale service centers in Europe and they

will start work soon.They are located in Tarragona Spain,Moscow Russia and

Bruchsal Germany.

Will I loose the warranty if I root or flash my Elephone?

Of course not. If your phone is under warranty, please feel free to contact your

seller and ask for warranty.

Where can I get smartphone accessories &components?

If customers need any smartphone accessories or parts, please contact the

sellers.

Why can’t my elephone get signal?

Make sure the phone has the frequency band that your local network

operators support.

Do the phones have “Exchangeable battery” ?

Except for P5000,P8000,Vowney,S-series and M-series,all other phones has

exchangeable battery.

Why is the phone storage less than advertised?

The device’s storage capacity shown on the box and in any advertisements

is it’s total storage capacity and in fact exist in the device. The total storage

capacity is divided into internal storage and device storage. Part of the capa-

city is used to make sure your device is running at optimal performance levels.

Why can’t I Move Apps to SD card?

As of Android 4.0 it’s android policy to keep apps in the phone storage.

W1-Why does my bracelet need “BT connection” (Bluetooth connection) when it’s already connected.

W1 supports majority brands, but if the message appears, restart your phone

and factory reset the bracelet. Then connect them again.
